Just because there parents where a certain size doesn't mean that the puppies are going to be a certain size also a bigger yorkie doesn't necessarily mean it was badly breed. I have a 16 pound yorkie and I absolutely love that shes bigger it works so great for me I would take all the bigger yorkies if I had the room
