Hopefully, the antibotic's will work..if not get the surgery..dry eyes will be a problem all his life, painful also. As a retired groomer, I have seen so much..some owners fixed the problem and a few didn't..the eyes were always matted and the dog blinked non-stop..eye was irrated, ulcers etc...pain etc.
ALSO...speak to the breeder..you are due a refund to pay for surgery, if this conditon is congential, I realize an infection can cause it also..find out what came first. |
