Well, I tried taking her up to the glass of the fireplace so she could see herself up close and touch the glass. You would have thought I was trying to put her paw in a real fire, by her reaction. It made me feel horrible. For now, I've cut up a brown grocery bag and placed it over the glass. I plan on changing the living room around so the light doesn't reflect on the fireplace so much...but it's gonna have to wait a few weeks, cos I've got a washer & dryer sitting in my living room, while I'm building a laundry closet in the hallway.
