My boyfriend is a man in most sense of the word, but I don't have the heart to tell the 'grill master' that he is the worst griller ever!!! LOL The man cannot cook a decent steak to save his life on the grill. Over cooks EVERYTHING. I like my steak med-rare. He just can't do it! I want to buy him a grilling book, but I'm really afraid to offend him! Poor guy!  |
Believe me, if you buy him the book, and he really does like grilling, he will read it and learn. You will both be happier. I'm with you, anything cooked over med-rare is a waste of a steak.
