Scott, I'm so sorry to hear your Charlie is missing!! I am hoping for a miracle for you that Charlie will wind up safe in your arms.
There are also community bulletin boards you might be able to put a poster on in places like laundromats, grocery stores, and maybe banks. Anyplace a lot of people go on a regular basis.
