It's on one dog. The plan is, and I forgot who suggested this, that we match them up by dog rather than by owner. For instance, pretend I have two dogs. Two people with one dog each will each get one of my dogs so that both of my dogs get presents. That means that I will get two packages from two different people. I'm not sure if that manys any sense!
