OUCH ! So whenever Gracie was not in her bed, she had the collar on.
However my Gracie was a little hyper spazzzzzz & I didn't want to take any chances that she would hit it.
Fortunately Cassie has been walking slowly for the past couple of years so she doesn't build up a lot of speed. LOL. The way she seems to be getting around is by smell and I think maybe memory. She keeps her head down to the floor as she is walking. Because she has a flat little nose her eyes are pointed straight down. If she ran into anything it would be with the top of her head. That is what happened last night with the door frame and garbage can. Of course she can still see shadows and changes in lighting with her other eye. Bless you for all of your input. It is so appreciated.
