He looks perfect to me. Not over weight at all. My husband and sons think my Roxie is a chubby girl and I admit she may need to lose a few ounces. But she is not fat. Her cotton coat does not lay down flat like a silky coat. It sticks out- so the longer it grows, the bigger her middle looks. Her belly looks like it waddles side to side. But when she gets a bath- she looks like a skinny minnie.
