it has been 11 days since zowi's ACTH test and still no word on the results unfortunately. i did call today just to make sure and they told me very soon. we are trying to keep zowi cool and comfortable. we've been keeping the a/c running, giving her ice cubes, and her very own fan. she has finished the antibiotics, we are still giving her the denamarin for liver support at least till we find out more. i will post results when i get them. if she does have cushing's we will start with a melatonin implant that will last 4 months and possibly another form of therapy combined with that. then it's a waiting game to see if it helps to bring her hormone levels back to normal. the next step would be to find out what type of cushing's she has. thanks so much for asking about her. i hope you're big guy is continuing to do well!!!!
we are definitely hoping for the boat cruise in august too. i have been checking to see if anything has been announced.... definitely planning on being there too!!!
