I can truly sympathize with you and your pain. A little over a month ago I lost my precious angel Katie and then the next day my beloved mother. I am still not over it so I can't offer any advice on that (as of yet) because this is all still so new for me. But I can tell you that you will deal with A LOT of different emotions -- pain, anger, rage, helplessness, etc. Just try to express yourself and don't keep all those feelings bottled up inside. I tried to do that in the beginning and I ended up losing my temper after seeing a home video and my mom and Katie -- I went into my kitchen and smashed all my dishes and glasses all over the floor and walls. I was just so enraged and angry that I couldn't control myself. But after I calmed down, I was able to see that I was out of control because I was not expressing my pain -- I was keeping it all inside and not crying. So please if you feel like you want to yell then YELL! If you want to cry, then cry and let it out. If you would like to talk some more, please feel free to PM me. Again I am so sorry for your loss.
