Yes tags and collars are really important Lily wears a harness out walking but also wears a collar as well just so she has her tag on incase of just such an emergency you think it will never happen to you as yours so careful but it can happen to anyone as my experience today shows. All my babies are also chipped othe than Logan as he is not old enough yet but as soon as he is he will be chipped
