Charlie jumped out of my arms a while back and did just like you described...he was fine right after he did it but a little while later was holding up one of his legs...limping and yelping a little..then he would get ok..we took him to the vet and was told just to try to keep him calm and not let him jump or play too hard for about a week. He was back to complete normal after a couple days...if you are really worried though a vet visit would put your mind at ease. Hope she feels better soon
