Nice! I always try a bunch of different exposures until one looks right.
It looks a little soft, but it may be the low-res reproduction here. Were you shooting with a telephoto or optical zoom? Just trying to see if you may have cropped it and blown it up AFTER you got it on your computer. That can soften it.
Another thing I noticed with moon shots is that if I just crank my manual focus all the way to infinity, it goes slightly out of focus. If I back it off just a little bit, I can see more detail in the moon.
But as I said, I'm no moon expert! Here's one I got a while back, and a second photoshop trick.
Oh, one more thing. If you shoot long exposures when there are streetlights in the area, it can throw off the color and give you a reddish background.
