Dh got up and started to leave for work this morning then realized he had jury duty. Came back in and started to change clothes (he wears steel toe boots for work) and he sd he felt dizzy. Sd felt like his ears were underwater and could not hear for a few seconds. He felt like he was going to fall to the floor. He rested while i watched and sd felt better. He started to finish getting ready and sd it happened again and he started sweating. He agreed to go to the ER.
They sd his bp dropped very low. He has recently lost 60 lbs and had not had the dosage on his bp meds changed. Makes sense. Was told to go to his reg dr tomorrow to get it changed.
After getting home, he went to the bathroom and sd his stools (sorry) was black. I think he maybe bleeding inside. It would explain the bp drop, weight loss (he has been trying to loose weight with diet changes) and dizziness. I am so scared. I told him if he has another episode, back to er. Have dtr on standby just in case she is needed.
Any thoughts?
