Prior to Casey Anthony's case his only serious case that actually made it into court - a murder case - he lost. The guy was sentenced to 15 years in prison, and has requested a retrial on the grounds that he had defective counsel. |
What would his motive be for wanting a mistrial? Honestly, I hate to say it, but what a waste of money. Is she on sedatives, because she just seems so darn calm all the time, even laughing and smiling at things, what the heck is wrong with this woman? Reading about this case the past week has made me so sick, I feel so sorry for the jurors and the grandmother and grandfather, and other relatives.
