The weight sounds good for his measurements. I'm still surprised he gets by on only a 1/4 cup food a day and a couple little treats. Are you sure no one in your home is slipping him food?
My 7-pounder eats 3/4 cup of an average kibble per day, plus some little treats.
What brand kibble do you feed?
In terms of predicting growth and adult size, it's never over until it's over. Some lines mature early, others later. Six months is a little early to say your dog is finished growing.
