YT does NOT recommend breeders. They do however have a "featured" breeders section, that does look like they are recommended but in fact the breeders have to pay to be in that section. (Same as in the features sellers section, they have to pay to be featured.) If it's the Natalie I think you are referring to, yes she pretty much is a one trait breeder, breeding for tiny size only. She is not on here much as her breeding philosophy is not well received here by most.
