that first feeding is so important ? does she have milk? yes i would worry if she is that nervous she may hurt the puppy on accident. I sure hope she calms down soon for you and the pups sake.. Hopefully someone who is more experienced will chim in and maybe give you some good advice. The vet just sent you on your way and did not give you and ideas how to settle her down
