First of all ask your vet a whole lot of questions. For you have allowed this pregnancy to go forward. What does your vet think about her health? Is there a good chance she may need a C section?
Look up old threads here on the breeders section. And go to the breeders library; a lot is discussed there.
You will either need to a) find a toy breeder to assist you or b) ask your vet to assist.
