Has anyone seen the new fireworks this weekend w defense not disclosing witnesses opinions to prosecution? Threats of Fl. bar looking into atty conduct, contempt hearings....!
I'm also wondering what the defense atty on this thread thinks as a practicing atty about Baez's conduct? Lack of good faith? It would be interesting to hear through her eyes what things look like!
What's everybody think? Should the jury be given an instruction on the misconduct of the defense? |
