Do not use baby shampoo, the reasons have already been mentioned.
Get a quality Oatmeal puppy shampoo, at any pet store you can find it, it smells delicious , and it is made for their skin, dogs PH is different from ours, so no human shampoo.
I like to use Pet Silk on my adults but usually i use with success the OATMEAL PUPPY shampoo on the puppies, it is also mild to their eyes.
I guess any puppy shampoo of a good brand will do the work.
