our little guy Keeper also has AAI he has been in a neck brace for about 5 weeks and is doing much better,he will be 11 months in july .he is up walking a bit but still wobbly but is not having screaming fits of pain .Our neauro vet says that he does not need any pain meds as he is not in pain but everyone else i have talked to that has this condition says they do .he does not seem to be in pain .Keepers neck brace is also made out of styrofoam (they were going to charge me 100.00 each and i said thats quite all right ill make them my self )
keeper is 2.4lbs and very quiet he spends so much time just laying down with his warm beanie bag i sometimes feel so bad he just cant get up and play with the others .i take him to work with me everyday so i no he is ok
