I would definitely take her to the vet, even if for just your peace of mind. I do have a thought, however. Is it really warm where she is? Dogs don't sweat, they pant. If she's excited or hot she may just be panting. Still, panting excessively can be a sign of serious problems.

Whatever, do get her checked out and let us know what happens.
