Default "tickle-spot"???

Is it normal for Bridget to have suddenly developed "tickle spots" everywhere. She's about 1.5 years old and just within the past week or so has become super sensitive to being touched anywhere on her body from her neck to her tail. Her little legs in the back get going like she's trying to itch. She always had one spot - but there is not a spot on her (other than her head) that can be touched without this reaction. She's acting just fine as far as eating, playing, pooping, and peeing. She doesn't yelp as if she's in any pain and doesn't try to move away when she's touched. I just don't know if this is something I should take her to the vet for. Anyone familiar with this?
