I would go up a size, bc if she is on one of the larger holes on the 3, if worn over a bulky coat (and I'm sure it gets fairly cold in the UK) it'll be a tight fit to try to get it closed. I have a thick coat for Uni and she is the first hole on the 3 nekkid, but with the coat on, it has to be one the biggest hole.
