I don't know if you're going to like this answer but not clue..

I don't think being able to predict a Yorke's weight is every accurate. One of my friends has a Yorkie who's parents were 5 bls apiece but he's 10+ and isn't fat, just a teapot.

With regards to the registration I'm not sure. Gizmo was a puppymill rescue so he was supposedly registered with AKC and I got a letter from AKC but that doesn't mean a thing.

I guess if you're getting this dog from a breeder, is she letting to have her a 8 weeks?
