I have a phobia when it comes to ticks! Absolutely hate them! Yuck yuck yuck! They give me the heeby jebbies! I have found 2 on Mickey. One last year and one this year. Both were attached. Last year the one was fully engorged and fell off before I could work up the nerve to pull it off. This year, just a few weeks ago I found another on him and it was attached but not fully engorged. I worked up the nerve to pull it off and Mickey was so good about it! I also found one crawling on Zoe but it was not attached so we managed to get it off. I'm grateful that we have not seen more and going to knock on wood now! I considered treating the yard and maybe you should treat both your yard and house? |
