Sorry to hear you are going through this w your pup. It does sound like the symptoms my Cricket had w pancreatitis - bad stomach pain, vomiting frothy yellow material, unformed stools, pacing w pain. I was surprised to see the test was negative.

Cricket's pancreatitis turned out to be chronic (which my vet tells me is common in dogs). Her vet originally prescribed antibiotic and pain med. She had to be kept on a bland diet to stop the spells. She was on canned Hills prescription ID and had to stay on it indefinitely for the pancreatitis/GI issues. All high fat treats were stopped - cheese, beggin strips, etc. I had to check everything to make sure I kept her diet bland, low fat.

I don't know how much help this will be. I think I would ask for another pancreatitis check. I think this breed is also susceptible for enteritis issues which include intestinal bleeding. I would also think of going to a GI specialist if not getting any answers from your vet. I feel for what you are going through. Will keep you and your little one in my prayers. Please let us know how she is doing.
