You see, after Polinka's illness I became almost paranoid. Every small issue is big for me.
Vet seems like thinks I am everreacted.
Vet said her heart and lungs are fine.
If she has any odd behavior during walks or exercise, I would get it checked out. Only thing I am thinking is maybe too soon after her dental for a long walk... but you know your dog better than anyone... I understand you being paranoid, but you do know your dog well and if you think something is wrong, or she is not acting right... you should follow your instincts.

Internal specialist, or sometimes ER Vets are better at making a diagnosis than regular vets.
