Default Enteritis

Last month Jessica was diagnosed with possible enteritis. Symptoms were: stomack pain (didn't sleep all night), unformed black stool, a little bit vomiting.

I took her to the vet immediately. Vet was thinking she has a pancreatitis, but test came negative. She took CBC/giardia/lipase/fecal tests. All normal.

She was under treatment (antibiotics) for a week, all symptoms are gone.

BUT. yesterday, after I made an appointment for teeth cleaning, she had some symptoms again.

Actually, from time to time (seldom issue) she vomites (yellow foam).
Recently, I don't like how she breathes. She walks like she is tired, and breathing is hard to me. It can be also one of the symptoms.

Vet mentioned about healthy diet.

So I really would like to know as much as possible about enteritis.

Google shows pancreatitis can be fatal, and this is not what I can even imagine of....

If any of your dogs have same issues, please respond with your experience and advices.

I don't want my girl being sick, she is my word.

BTW, at this moment I am worried about her. She is in pain (seems like stomack). Last month because of it, I didn't clean her teeth, but today I did, and although she was given a pain medication (her teeth were removed), she is in pain, but stomack pain - not mouth (I can see).
