I would have to agree with the others here. If you are serious about breeding which you obviously are, I would try to find a good canine theriogenologist in your area. Does your mentor use one?

Yorkies are difficult to breed and retained baby teeth are just a common breed trait but not a breeding fault. There wouldn't many to breed if it were Haha! A good reproductive vet can help you evaluate your dogs and decide what is best for your future program. They know the tests to conduct as well. They would be a great addition to your team.
