My boys are escape artists, so I only trust the Buddy Belt to hold them. It works perfectly on Max and his long hair, but it has broken hair on Teddy's shoulder blades, probably because of the way his grandpa walks him in it -- letting him pull to the side so that the belt acts almost like a saw on his hair.
