I would have the house treated or least go get a bomb from PetsMart. I've only see two ticks on Troy. 1 for each year we've had him and luckily each time I caught them early. I hate them too and being from inner city Detroit I never saw one until moving to Georgia. I don't know what I'd do if one was crawling on me.
