I saw this article earlier on yahoo. I'm a big pop drinker, Coke forever until recently Mountain Dew-the two worst ones!
I've been buying bottled water & haven't bought any pop the last couple of weeks but I've resorted to making kool-aid!
I think it's more of a sugar thing with me as I seem untouched by the caffeine. I need to just stick to water, I think support would be great!
