I would wait until you know if all of the baby teeth have fallen out. If you neuter now and some of the teeth don't fall out as they should, you will have to put him under anesthesia a second time to have the teeth extracted. If you do it all at the same time, then you only take the risk once of him being put under once and will only bear the cost the anesthesia for one surgery instead of two.
