Many years ago when I was a teenage I got a puppy from a person giving them away at a store, it was covered in fleas, I bought a flea collar and hung it around the puppy's neck, within an hour the puppy started to decline.. After I while I realized it was from the flea collar.. It took awhile but he came back to normal, I'm sure if you bath Turbie and give him some nurti cal he will be fine, but keep an eye on him just in case!
