The pitbull breed used to be a family dog, it's people that started using them for profit in fighting rings. It's really saddening!
To the OP, I'm sorry for your loss and I hope you're feeling better! Yes, only time will heal. I can't possibly imagine what you're going through |
I am not sure how I feel about this subject. I know that I am afraid of Pit Bulls now because of what happened. I have a friend who has Pit Bulls and she said that in the 1800's they used female Pit Bulls as Nanny's for children. Not sure if this is true, but thought it was interesting if it is.
I picked up My Sweet Baby Girls ashes the other day and it rained so hard. I imagined that it was tears from all of the animals at The Rainbow Bridge that have met my Sweet Baby Girl and realized how wonderful she was and they saw how sad I was without her.
I dreamed of her for the first time since I lost her and it was such a sweet sweet dream, I did not want to wake up from it. Hope to share the dream with you all some day soon.
Thank you to all of you for your kind words and support
I do not know what I would do without this site. Being able to come here and grieve.
