I confess it is nice to see you have a good interest in photography.
Whilst I would not recommend a camera I can tell you that I have two camera's which fit the requirement you have.
My favourite is the Nikon D5000 which has interchangeable lenses so you can fit any lens you wish to buy for it but mine came with two as standard.
My Other is a Fuji FinePix S9500 which has a fixed lens 28 - 300 mm.
Both camera's have manual or full auto facilities but the Nikon has the built in stabilizer so I can hand hold it when using the 300 mm lens but unable to do that with the Fuji which needs a tripod on telephoto.
