This is not meant to sound prejudice at all...but in S. Phoenix, there is a Native American reservation - and we see starving horses quite a bit. It kills me

. I think the reason for this is that their financial situations are so dire and also that the rescues for horses is so limited. I only note this situation bc it's fairly close to us.
I am glad to hear I'm not the only one feeling this way about this section...
