I would get a 2nd opinion from another vet. My specializes in canine repro and has helped select a sound foundation. He NEVER told me to eliminate something from my breeding program because of retained puppy teeth. That sounds odd to me. Especially that she hasn't even seen the puppies yet. Becareful, some vets are not fond of breeders. Yours may be one of them. Again, I would suggest getting a second opinion and find another vet.
