 Yorkie with collapsing trachea
Good morning all. I am new to this wonderful site and have a special request. Anyone at all who knows anything regarding trachea collapses and surgery, meds, etc. please respond to me.
My baby is 5 years old and is experiencing breathing trouble. We started him on lomotal - which I think is working at times. He was prescribed a steriod to help when he gets really bad. Now the dr. suggested that we do the stent to help him breathe. WHAT DO I DO? I haven't heard too many good things about this surgery - yet I am just beginning to do all of my research.
