I didn't mean that I completely saturated my 4 wk pups with shampoo...I don't use shampoo on their faces/heads until they are getting close to 8 wks plus. I use a washcloth on faces and butts up until then. Even though mom does keep mine clean, I wouldn't call it "spit shine clean" LOL. there is still a smell!
So...I do wash their bodies in a mild shampoo prior to reaching 8 or so weeks.
