Best time to 'get back' at a groomer is to wait until their shop is full of people dropping off their pups. Then go and talk loudly about 'Where is my refund" and 'No, I don't want a free groom... you messed up the one I paid for, why on earth would I want to bring her back here?' Then if she chooses to be rude over giving a refund, she'll most likely loose a lot of customers.
