All of your pups should have fecals and/or go on a broad spectrum dewormer from the vet. Best to test to see what is going on. If they have been to the vet recently, then you may only need to take samples in instead of having an appointment. Just depends.
All they would have to do is eat a flea for tapeworms which could be licked off the ground or could be crawling on them. Giving a flea preventative doesn't necessarily take care of the environment and doesn't immediately kill fleas when they get on the dog.
