Thank you for your input. I called out vet line last night, and they said if he was eating and drinking fine watch him until today and see if his bowel movements improved, if not bring him in. They did! He is now pooping solid again, up and early ready to play and eating and drinking like normal. He has a vet check up in a few days, but If anything in his condition changes I will take him to a Korean vet, we have a vet literally across the street that takes walks in, and one of the aids speaks english.

Parvo is big here but dogs get distemper more often. The good news is that foreigner's dogs (americans, Germans) tend to be more healthy because our countries have a higher standard of care.
