The change of food could have an affect if it was a sudden change or if it is bad food. There was a recall on this food back in Dec, scroll down and read comments

Since you noticed this after the change of food, I would stop that brand and go back to what you were feeding her, (there are some good links here to some quality dog food)

. Also, when you notice a sudden change like this, it is always better safe than sorry and get her checked out with your vet.
