Sushi: Kyala in Diamond Bar, CA $$-$$$ (depends on what you order) yummy and fresh uni, ankimo there is so good (monkfish liver)
Mexican: La Fondita in Placentia, CA $-$$ for huitlacoche
and BOMB menudo with NO hominy! LOL
Burgers: Fuddruckers, Buena Park,CA $ OMG you can get a 1 lb burger there, beats In N Out and Five Guys any day.
Buffet: Studio B, Henderson, NV $$-$$$ the best buffet I have ever been to, better than Bellagio, Wynn, Rio
Budget: Bahn Mi Che Cali, Westminster, CA $ (I should actually put a cents sign there) 3 8" long bahn mi sandwiches for $5
