Thanks everyone, for your help! Maddie seems to be over doing so much licking on her stitches. I think last night when she became aware of it, she got obsessive about it, but today if I see her licking I say, "no lick," and she quits. I will keep watching her and if need be, I can get a collar at my vet's...we have no petco here.
