My Bella, when she was a puppy would tinkle when she got all excited when I would come home from the store or from out to dinner...she out grew it...I never did anything special...I just kept her in her play yard until we got done with our hellos, than I would take her outside to potty...she stopped doing it around 8 months old...its hard for puppies to hold it...especially when excited...she will more than like out grow it when she can control her self better.
