Have they been to the vet for checkups? If yes and no UTIs or parasites,
I would try confining them to one room like the kitchen, and walk them every two hours to get them 'going' outside. Praise and rewards (treats) when they do good.
Clean any mistakes in the house with an enzymatic cleanser to prevent resoiling. |
